All order over AU$250 will receive complimentary free shipping by DHL, UPS, or FedEx/TNT. This will automatically apply at cart during the checkout process.
For international orders less than AU$250, we use DHL, UPS, FedEx/TNT and Australia Post International by Air to ensure timely and reliable delivery. You will be able to choose your preferred carrier during the checkout process.
We recommend purchasing the sampler size before purchasing larger quantities. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund within 15 days of receiving the product by contacting us.
We will only accept returns if goods damaged or faulty prior to delivery, goods vary from the description on the website, or goods supplied incorrectly.
Please note that we cannot accept returns for products that have been opened unless the product was spoiled and unfit for consumption.
Order will be dispatched within 1-2 business days of order being placed. Delivery times will vary based on the destination and the carrier you choose. Please allow sufficient time for your order to be processed and shipped. We do not take responsibility for customs clearance and any associated delays.
A tracking number will be provided for your order once it has shipped. You can use this number to track the progress of your shipment on the carrier's website.
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Melbourne, Australia and may incur import duties and taxes in the destination country. These costs are the responsibility of the purchaser and will be collected by the carrier at the time of delivery.

We do not take responsibility for shipping delays or missing items if your address is incomplete or invalid. Should an order be returned to sender, re-postage fees may apply. Other option would be to refund your order less our cost of shipping.
