Returns/Refund Policy

Tropical Vanilla is dedicated to providing products of the highest quality. We are confident you will satisfy everything you have ordered, however if something is not right, please let us know.

We will only accept returns for the following reason:

  • Goods damaged or faulty prior to delivery
  • Goods vary from the description on the website
  • Goods supplied incorrectly

Our teams prepare all deliveries to ensure the products you receive meet our quality standards. However, if you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us info@tropicalvanilla.com.au before return the products.

Please carefully pack and return the product/s to in the original condition within 15 days of receipt, including a copy of your receipt via Australia Post registered post. Then we will refund your purchase using the original payment method.

Note: Please do not return any goods prior to making contact with us.
