Tropical Vanilla uses Australia Post, along with other courier service for all deliveries. All orders will be delivered to the provided address. We ship to Parcel Lockers and PO Boxes however we do not ship to hotels or vacation rentals. Order will be dispatched within 2 business days of the order being placed.
Please note that order processing and delivery times may vary in peak times such as Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day.
All orders over $35 with a delivery location within Australia will receive complimentary free shipping with tracking. This will automatically apply at cart during the checkout process.
If no one is home to sign for the parcel, a notification card will be left at the address advising that the parcel can be collected from a nearby Post Office within 10 days.
All orders under $35 with a delivery location within Australia will be charged $4.95 and the order will be sent with tracking.
Express Shipping is available for orders to be delivered to an Australian address. It costs $12.95 for small parcel, $17.00 for medium parcel, and $21.00 for per large parcel.
Please note that the Express Post Delivery Network only covers the major metropolitan areas in each state. Just to be sure, double check your postcode’s eligibility on the Australia Post website.
Please double check your shipping information is correct, including business name or unit number. We do not take responsibility for shipping delays or missing items if your address is incomplete or invalid. Should an order be returned to sender, re-postage fees may apply. Other option would be to refund your order less our cost of shipping.
