Quality is fabulous, arrived quickly.
The vanilla arrived quickly and is great quality.
High quality beans, excellent size, smell and colour.
Very good product. Although, I must admit I was expecting a more plumpy and juicy product as I have seen on some youtube videos. But that doesnt' detract from the fact that as soon as I cut the vacuum pack open the deep smell of vanilla just burst through. I am making vanilla essence from them, both as a way to preserve the beans and also to get maximum flavour out of them. I used one bean to make vanilla cake, and that made me realise the true flavour of vanilla. It is not this sickly sweet smell that is common with synthetic vanilla essence. But it is this deep rich complex aroma that is more akin to notes in wine. It is not overpowering but just gently hanging in the background, giving the cake a lasting flavour and clean aftertaste. A few drops of vanilla essence to your coffee will make even transform a shitty brew taste divine. Definitely worth it, especially if you're turning it into vanilla essence, it will prove quite economical in the long run.
Absolutely blown away by the quality of these vanilla beans. Thick, oily and incredibly fragrant straight out of the packet. We used them in our honey infusions and the flavour was amazing after only a short time. Easily some of the best beans weāve worked with and weāll definitely be ordering again.ā
