🔍 How to Use & Storage Instructions

How to use

  1. Split bean lengthwise with a sharp knife
  2. Scrape out vanilla caviar with back of knife

For Making Vanilla Extract:

  • Use 4-6 Grade A beans per cup of vodka
  • Split beans to expose caviar
  • Store in dark bottle 6-8 weeks minimum
  • Shake weekly for best results

Storage Tips:

Keep in vacuum-sealed packaging or airtight container. Store in cool, dark place (not refrigerated). Properly stored beans last 12-24 months.
