Tahitian vanilla beans are more delicate than Bourbon beans with completely different flavour profile. Because of their sweet floral flavour, Tahitian vanilla beans are very popular among the gourmet pastry chefs.

Our carefully hand-picked Premium Tahitian vanilla beans have higher content of moisture and vanillin. They have rich aromatic flavour and contain tone of vanilla seeds. Our Tahitian Grade A vanilla beans are close to Gourmet vanilla.
