This tasty combo of fresh mango and creamy chia seeds is guaranteed to disappear fast from your breakfast table!
Creamy Mango Chia Pudding
Total Time: Prep 10 min ( + overnight chilling time)
¼ Cup (40g) White Chia Seeds
1 tbs Homemade Vanilla Extract
2 tbs Honey/Maple syrup
1 Cup (250 ml) Coconut Milk
1 Cup (280g) Pain Yogurt
1.The mango, pitted, peeled, cut into 5mm dice. Combine the chia seeds, vanilla extract, honey/maple syrup, coconut milk in a bowl and stir to combine. Add half chopped mango and mix well. Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 6 hours). Keep remaining mango in the fridge as well.
2. Serve chia seeds mixture with plain yogurt and diced mango.
You can use pineapple, strawberries, Dates, Passion Fruits, Nuts or your favourite fruits!
Not fun of coconut milk? Use almond milk, soy milk, or oat milk. Any milk substitute will do!
