Beautifully rich, just the right moisture Madagascar vanilla beans. Taste floral and plenty of seeds once cut open. I bought it for making Vanilla Extract with spiced rum. Originally I used an other brand of vanilla beans from PNG, to make the extract but they are much more liquorice taste. Then I added these Madagascar beans and the extract became more vanilla smell because the floral fragrance is coming through. Itโs very nice.
