Papua New Guinea Tahitian vanilla beans have flowery and fruity aroma. Because of their sweet floral flavour, Tahitian vanilla beans are very popular among the gourmet pastry chefs. Also, strong vanilla aroma creates beautiful homemade vanilla extract. 

Our Tahitian vanilla beans have been cultivated using organic method and chemical and pesticide free. They are cured by the traditional curing method to maximise natural aromatic flavour. 

Our Grade B+ Tahitian vanilla beans contain slightly less moisture and they are slightly shorter however they are quite similar to Grade A. Our Grade B+ Tahitian vanilla beans have rich aromatic flavour and contain lots of vanilla seeds. Our Grade B+ Tahitian vanilla beans work well with baking or cooking and also our flavourful Tahitian vanilla beans work perfectly for homemade vanilla extract.

The beans in a vacuumed pack to keep freshness, moisture and flavour (we use Commercial food grade vacuum bags)
